John Stroud began his journey working in a textile mill for several years until he made the decision to start is own company. After his son, Jody was born, Jody began learning the business at an early age. Jody joined the military and after his service ended, he worked with his dad on a full time basis.

Jody now owns and operates the general construction business and has expanded to offer: turn key steel building projects, crane services, demolition services,  concrete demolition and replacement, concrete slabs and structures, land clearing, excavating and grading,  welding, and metal fabrication.

We are unmatched in our equipment resources and ability to manage and fulfill any construction project no matter how large or small. We offer full service crane rental and rigging including equipment moving. With our extensive resources, we’re able to maintain maximum quality control and are unbeatable in being able to meet demanding schedules cost-effectively. John F.
